What is Laylat al-Qadr?
It is the night in which the Quran was revealed. Surah al-Qadr says it is better than a thousand months. It is sought in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan: the 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th and 29th.
Expected date
If Ramadan begins on 8 February 2027, the night of the 27th falls around 5 March 2027 (Friday evening). The countdown above runs to sunset of that night in Mecca.
